With players like Seattle, Boston, San Jose and San Francisco in the headlines, it's hard to see what's happening in the tech scene beyond these power cities. But with recent acclamation from Crunch Network Contributor, Josh Guttman touting Toronto "as one of the biggest North American hubs for technology"—it's become clear that there are other metropolitan cities like Toronto who are moving fast into the scene.
