GTAA - Pearson Airport

Jibestream's interactive wayfinding software 'NovoMap' has been installed in Terminal 1 of Toronto Pearson International Airport since December of 2010.

NovoMap software is a critical component of our Digimax kiosk program, a collaboration between the Greater Toronto Airport Authority (GTAA) and the media company, Clear Channel Canada Outdoor.

Jibestream's software helps travelers seek out and navigate to gates, routes, retail tenants, washrooms and other amenities. GTAA and Clear Channel use the software to generate targeted messages and advertising campaigns that adapt to travelers based on system usage, real-time variables and business rules.

Our retail tenants benefit from Jibestream's ability to deliver contextual information to travelers and extend the experience to mobile devices through the use of QR codes, shared maps, and other multi channel campaigns.

The services provided, and team collaboration from Jibestream has been professional, reliable and has generally exceeded our expectations. The software installed at our airport has been stable and without failure since installation.

In my opinion, Jibestream's NovoMap is the leading wayfinding and contextual advertising software solution for airports and other complex environments.
